The QL1 and PL1 Dogtra bird launcher system is often used by gun dog trainer and falconry dog trainers to release doves or homing pigeons in order to teach the dog to point, stand or sit to flush. They are also sometimes used by obedience, working trials or Schutzhund dog trainers in order to reward a dog for completing a send away by using the unit to deliver a ball or training toy.
Both the Dogtra QL1 & PL1 come supplied in the basic configuration of a cage, a remote release system and a remote control. However the cages and the electronic release system are available separately upon application (please enquire for prices).
